YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION IS THE EMAIL FROM PAYPAL (following secure Paypal purchase, you will be sent an immediate confirmation of payment by email from Paypal). NECOEM will not be contacting you further unless there are program changes.  Advance registration is advised.  Any registration received, regardless of payment type or status, is considered to be a commitment to pay for dinner and to attend. The cancellation deadline is at the close of business on May 8, 2009. Participants who register, but do not attend, are not eligible for a refund. If the registration fee has not been paid in advance, participants who do not cancel by May 8, 2009 and do not attend are responsible for the cost.
